For Your Pod Pack

Cleaning Equipment:
  • Soft cloth or microfiber towel: Use this to wipe down the exterior of the harness and pods.
  • Water: For basic cleaning, use water to rinse off dirt and paint stains.

Cleaning Process:
  • Prepare your workspace: Find a clean area to work in.
  • Empty the pods: Make sure all paintballs are removed from the pods.
  • Clean the harness and pods: Use a soft cloth or microfiber towel dampened with water to wipe down the exterior of the harness and pods, removing any dirt or paint stains.
  • Allow to dry: Let the harness and pods air dry completely before storing them.

Regular cleaning and maintenance of your paintball harness and pods ensure they remain in good condition, allowing for easy access to paintballs during intense games. Proper care of your equipment contributes to a more organized and enjoyable paintball experience.

For Your Air Tank

Cleaning Equipment:
  • Soft cloth or microfiber towel: Use this to wipe down the exterior of the air tank.
  • Cotton swabs: Ideal for reaching small crevices and tight spaces.
  • Cleaning solution: Utilize a manufacturer-recommended cleaning solution specifically designed for paintball equipment. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the tank.
  • Toilet Paper: Convenient for drying off the tank after cleaning, providing a gentle touch to prevent scratches.

Cleaning Process:
  • Prepare your workspace: Locate a well-ventilated and clean area to work in. Lay down a towel or mat to protect the surface from any potential spills (a sheet of cardboard works well too).
  • Disconnect the tank: Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer to safely detach the air tank from the marker. To maximize safety, it is recommended that the tank be empty while cleaning it thoroughly.
  • Wipe down the exterior: Use a soft cloth or microfiber towel to remove any dirt, paint residue, or debris from the outer surface of the air tank. Pay attention to the valve area and any other accessible crevices.
  • Clean the valve area: Moisten a cotton swab with the cleaning solution and gently clean the valve area, removing any accumulated grime or residue. Take care not to disturb or damage the valve components. Repeat as necessary until the area is clean.
  • Inspect O-rings and threads: Check the O-rings and threads for any signs of wear, damage, or dirt. If needed, use a cotton swab dampened with the cleaning solution to clean them carefully. Replace any damaged or worn O-rings as recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Dry the tank: Use toilet paper or a soft cloth to thoroughly dry the exterior and interior of the tank. Ensure that no moisture remains, as it may contribute to corrosion or affect the tank's performance.
  • Reassemble and store: Once the tank is completely dry, reassemble it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Take care to properly reattach any valves, seals, or protective caps. Store the tank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

By following these maintenance steps, you can keep your air tank in optimal condition, ensuring its reliability and extending its lifespan. Remember, safety should always be a top priority when handling and maintaining your paintball equipment.
